title : haaay...life...
well, im supposed to study for our Mandarin oral recitation right now...but i dont feel like studying those friggin' pin yins and stuff... i just feel like staring at the PC, soundtrippin on some of my new mp3's...and of course, blogging.
nothing much happened today, i went to school...arriving late as usual...cause i woke up 15 minutes before my assigned time on leaving the house...that's why i quickly primped up and went to school... good thing i arrived only 15 minutes late...ehehehe...then we had more boring classes which actually bores me more when i talk about them...haaay...it's just one of those typical dull days i always have...haaaay... i told you my life is so uninteresting...
but later this afternoon, we went to POC to hand out our questionnaires for our system... i did most of the going around since i know most of the people there, while my groupmates just stayed in one place, both sharing sweet nothings with their special dudes, one over the phone and the other one had her boy beside her on the bench...while me...im the one doing all the PR thinggy...it's ok though, cause it means im doing my part so they should also do theirs. but when it comes to the special dude thing...umm...i'd rather have no comment about it...
the other day, i recieved my INCUBUS newsletter on my e-mail and i've here's a bit of it...
THANKS TO YOU, INCUBUS JUST ANNOUNCED A NUMBER OF DONATIONS MADE THROUGH THE MAKE YOURSELF FOUNDATION! At the top of the list, the band is donating $100,000 to the American Red Cross Tsunami Relief Fund. Founded in 2004 by the band, the Make Yourself in its first year raised an astounding $400,000 through Incubus' music-related activities while the band toured around the world.When sitting down to decide how to best allocate the funds, the massive tsunami hit Asia, altering the band's initial plan. The band explains, "We started the MYF as a vehicle to try and help people who have not been as fortunate as us. Last year we spent the year raising money and bringing attention to a number of worthy causes. When we sat down in December to allocate the money, we had no idea of the disaster that was about to happen. The magnitude of the tsunami disaster is truly overwhelming and we can only hope that this donation can help bring some relief to the people who've been affected by it."
--after reading the newsletter, my adoration for this band grew... i just knew that these guys will certainly help those unfortunate ones who are strucked by the tsunami here in asia cuase these guys have big hearts... they are not just a rock band, they are also humble and generous people who not only make people happy thru their music but also thru giving and sharing what they have specially to the unfortunate ones... that's why i think INCUBUS is the best band ever...
but now lets turn to brandon boyd...i really despise his girlfriend carolyn murphy...maybe out of jelaousy...man, why do some girls have all the luck?! can i have some of her luck at least? ehehehe... damn...my life sucks big time...ehehehehe...
